- Clear Estimate & Visual Plan – After the consultation and site visit, you’ll receive a detailed, no-obligation estimate. Where needed, we can also create a tailored design plan - including suggested layouts, material selections, and landscaping features - to help you visualise the final result before moving forward.
02: Construction & Installation
- Design – Agreed requirements are translated into scaled, construction-ready drawings. This includes detailed layouts, finished levels, irrigation and lighting plans, and clear material specifications. Where needed, drawings are prepared for the developer or authority approval to support permit submissions before construction.
- Permits & Approvals – We prepare and coordinate all required drawings and documentation for developer and authority approvals, including NOC submissions where needed. This ensures the project meets local regulations before construction begins.
- Health & Safety – We maintain high health and safety standards on-site throughout the project. Our team keeps each site clean, well-organised, and safe - with tidy handovers and a focus on minimising disruption to your property.
